European Procurements: characteristics methodology to tenders

European tenders offer an excellent opportunity to enter new markets and access EU funds in a clear and transparent way thanks to the 2014 European Public Procurement Directive and the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) database. Indeed, the course aims to train professionals capable of responding to calls for tenders from European institutions with a high-quality offer.

The 2023 edition of the European Procurements course will be held online starting from 7 to 21 of January and the teaching language will be English. Lessons are scheduled to allow great flexibility for workers, with a full day on Saturday from 9:30 to 16:30 and three hours modules on Tuesday and Thursday, from 18:00 to 21:00.

The online classes are going to be shared with the students of the broader International Master in European Studies within the Evening & Weekend Programme formula, born from the collaboration among the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce and the Catholic University Of Louvain.

The teaching method is interactive. A first phase of lectures on the content is followed by a second phase of group works, in which the participants, starting with an open tender, have to draft an actual tender and present it in front of the class. The lecturers accompany the entire drafting phase to refine the proposal and the methodology used.
